Mould: in actual production, the design drawings or samples formed by the sanitary ware are designed first, and the molding mold is designed and processed. Plastic molding die is usually made of aluminum alloy or resin mold. Aluminum alloy dies have long service life, good technological characteristics and high surface finish. But due to the high cost and long processing cycle, the application of conventional sanitary products is limited.

Support: the sanitary brackets are solid wood, plastic, steel structure and other materials, which are made more by the stainless steel square tube. When the adhesive is applied, the cushion or frame of the mounting bracket should be fixed on the right place of the product, then the bracket can be installed by the way of screw or clipping. The quality of the sanitary support will affect the safety of users. Therefore, the stents of the sanitary ware must be made sturdy and stable.
